We are seeking a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Burleys Wood in Crawley. As a Team Leader, you will have previous experience working with older people in residential care and be able to demonstrate flexibility, patience, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
