Residential Team Leader Opportunity

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our service users, their families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our service users
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide training and support to care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
