Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw healthcare is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Deerswood Lodge in Crawley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to our service users
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Ensure that our service users receive person-centered care that promotes their independence and well-being
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our service users receive comprehensive care
  • Contribute to the development of our care team and provide guidance and support to colleagues
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in residential care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
