Residential Team Leader Opportunity

As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that our service users receive the highest standard of care. You will need to be flexible, patient, and caring, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.70 and a range of benefits, including our leadership programme and opportunities for progression within Shaw.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care staff and ensure that our service users receive the highest standard of care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with other members of the care team to ensure that our service users receive a seamless and high-quality care experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
