About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to join our team at Burns Sheehan. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining a robust data governance framework that ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and operationalize the Data Governance Framework, bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and day-to-day business practices.
  • Develop and maintain a Master Data Management Framework (MDM) to define, manage, and maintain accurate key data across the business.
  • Champion Data Governance across the business, working with key stakeholders to deliver real business value and ensure data governance is aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience running a data governance program or team.
  • Knowledge of data standards and quality frameworks.
  • Experience with data lifecycle frameworks aligned to regulation.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £65k-£75k.
  • A bonus scheme with up to 25% of the annual salary.
  • A car allowance of £550 per month.
  • A pension scheme with 7% employer contribution and 7% employee contribution.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with one day per week on-site in High Wycombe.
