Inventory Control Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Supervisor to join our team at XPO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ASRS chamber and distribution contract at our Kettering site.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain stock levels in our ASRS deep storage facility.
- Troubleshoot all issues that may arise with the ASRS equipment.
- Work closely with onsite engineers to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain hygiene standards in the ASRS chamber of our main warehouse.
- Conduct daily health and safety checks of the area and equipment.
- Report any health and safety risks and issues.
- Manage all operational processes within the remit of the ASRS chamber.
- Previous low-level management experience.
- High level of communication skills.
- PC literate.
