About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Edinburgh City Centre. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and personalized welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Reception Manager and other team members to achieve excellent guest satisfaction scores
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized Front of House area, adhering to high standards of hospitality
