About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse on our North Walsham Ward, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate care to a named group of patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in the rotation of shifts, including nights and days, to ensure the smooth operation of the ward.
- Work proactively to achieve unit and trust goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC Register.
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team and delivering care to patients with multiple pathologies.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment.
