Job Title: Staff Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at our Nethergate nursing home. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Job Summary:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our residents
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) or Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
