We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable nursing home in Holt. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our adult residents, working in a luxury home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assess, deliver, and evaluate individual care
- Organise and motivate carers to ensure good standards of care
- Assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals
- Provide high standards of medical or palliative care
Requirements:
- Qualified nurse - RGN or RMN
- Valid NMC PIN
- Passion for elderly and dementia care
- Dedication to providing high-quality care
- Minimum 6 months' nursing experience
