Contract Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a 6 to 12 month contracted basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations for the company's expansion, including payroll, pensions, contracts of employment, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR operations, including payroll, pensions, and contracts of employment
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including identification, right to work, and training records
- Administer employee benefits, including P11Ds and company car administration
- Manage staff vacancies and advertising
- Provide support to the General Manager and Secretary
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Practical and problem-solving nature
- Openness to learning and development
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Experience and competence in full Microsoft packages
- Experience using accounting packages, such as Sage or SAP B1
- Attention to detail
- Ability to precisely follow instructions and be self-sufficient
