Job Overview

Contract Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a 6 to 12 month contracted basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations for the company's expansion, including payroll, pensions, contracts of employment, and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR operations, including payroll, pensions, and contracts of employment
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including identification, right to work, and training records
  • Administer employee benefits, including P11Ds and company car administration
  • Manage staff vacancies and advertising
  • Provide support to the General Manager and Secretary
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Practical and problem-solving nature
  • Openness to learning and development
  • Ability to work alone or in a team
  • Experience and competence in full Microsoft packages
  • Experience using accounting packages, such as Sage or SAP B1
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to precisely follow instructions and be self-sufficient
