Join Our Litigation Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor or chartered legal executive to join our busy and respected litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation processes, including court proceedings and expert witness statements.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full or part-time position, with the opportunity to work from home up to 40% of the time. Our office is located in Margate or Canterbury, and we welcome applicants who have a preference for one location over the other.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issuing court proceedings and attending court
  • Assisting with the investigation and litigation of complex cases
  • Drafting court documents, witness statements, and instructions to experts
  • Providing expert advice on litigation processes and procedures
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of post-qualification experience in litigation. A sound knowledge of litigation processes and procedures is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you have experience drafting court documents and attending court, this would be a significant advantage.
