Job Summary:

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Claims and Compliance Lawyer to join our team in Margate. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property litigation, contract disputes, employment litigation, and contested probate cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing court proceedings and attending court hearings
  • Managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert legal advice
  • Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support cases
  • Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3-9 years' PQE in litigation and compliance
  • Proven track record of managing complex caseloads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
