About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Customer Relationship Management to join our team at Smart DCC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points
  • Develop and manage customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a technology or energy company
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
