Position Overview

Title: Technical Team Leader
Compensation: £65,000 - £80,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

We seek a developer capable of guiding less experienced team members while remaining actively engaged with your own code responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) along with SOLID principles
  • Expertise in LAMP stack, particularly with Laravel
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies
  • Commitment to maintaining coding standards
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in mentoring and managing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the React framework
  • Experience with AWS serverless solutions
  • Prior experience in a leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
