Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Factory Production Manager to lead our team of 30 operatives, 2 supervisors, and office support staff in our Skelmersdale facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive a team of operatives to meet production targets and ensure safe systems of work are in place.
• Liaise with Senior Management to plan and coordinate production, tracking plant and material usage.
• Supervise and motivate a team of supervisors and office staff to achieve labor targets and ensure efficient factory operations.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a precast manufacturing facility, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, with a focus on cast-in elements and measurements.
