Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Factory/Yard Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Skelmersdale facility. This role is critical to ensuring efficient and safe production processes, as well as maintaining high-quality standards across various production lines.

  • Lead and manage daily operations to meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Implement and maintain consistent production processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with production team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production data, including quality control and productivity metrics.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
