This role offers a chance to collaborate with the Therapy teams at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, working alongside a cohesive group of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy professionals.
The individual in this position will assist Therapy staff with various responsibilities, including mobility support, personal care evaluations, equipment procurement, discharge planning, and advancing rehabilitation objectives.
The role will involve working across both Medical and Surgical wards.

Role Details
The Therapy Clinical Support Assistant role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and pursue career advancement.
Within the Therapy department, we cultivate a workforce of home-grown talent and take pride in our staff who have transitioned from Therapy support roles to specialized or registered positions.

There is a possibility for candidates to be offered a training position as a Therapy Clinical Support Worker (Band 2) until competencies are achieved.
