Therapy Services Manager

Jobit is seeking a highly skilled Therapy Manager / Psychotherapist to join our team in Barnstaple, Devon. As a key member of our residential childcare provider, you will play a vital role in ensuring the emotional well-being of our children.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each child's needs, with regular updates and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our therapy services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with managers and external therapists to provide guidance on trauma-informed care and therapy planning.
- Lead an internal team, providing support and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Background in a therapeutic or clinical role with children.
- Degree in Psychology and/or Psychotherapy.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
