About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Neurology team as a Customer Service Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Neurology team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Respond to patient and GP inquiries, using initiative and adhering to Trust guidelines.
  • Manage the distribution and tracing of notes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Collect and store clinic notes, ensuring they are available for forthcoming clinics.
  • Transcribe letters and file them in patient notes, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including booking and prepping clinics.
Person Specification
  • Demonstrable experience working with people and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
