VIQU Limited is on the lookout for a talented Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic multinational IT organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the Hybrid Infrastructure division, assisting clients in overcoming the complexities associated with modernizing their infrastructure. Your efforts will focus on streamlining operations, boosting performance, and ensuring robust security measures. You will evaluate client challenges and work closely with vendors, service partners, and internal teams to develop comprehensive Hybrid Infrastructure solutions. Additionally, you will partner with our broader team to assist clients in defining and executing their strategies for on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert consultation to both new and existing clients, guiding them in the modernization and expansion of their infrastructure for enhanced efficiency and security.
  • Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of Hybrid Infrastructure offerings in alignment with market demands.
  • Design, analyze, and support tailored Hybrid Infrastructure solutions that meet client specifications.
  • Identify opportunities to transform basic Bill of Material (BoM) requests into comprehensive solutions, fostering upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Stay current with assessment tools relevant to Hybrid Infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop expertise in leading vendors such as Lenovo, HPE, Dell, Veeam, and NetApp.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Enhance existing client technology strategies for optimal performance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of key vendors including Lenovo, HPE, Dell, and ideally Veeam, NetApp, and Cisco.
  • Experience in a technical capacity with a focus on Hybrid Infrastructure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with vendors, clients, and account managers.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise-level software, hardware, and data center solutions (highly desirable).
  • Proven expertise in server and data center solutions (highly desirable).
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role (highly desirable).
