We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team at voco St Davids Cardiff. As an Event Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and weddings with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
- Work closely with event planners, vendors, and hotel staff to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
