Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tissue Viability Specialist Nurse to join our dynamic and expanding tissue viability and wound clinic team at Central London Community Health Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and manage complex wounds in adult patients
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to promote wound healing and prevent further complications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients
- Conduct domiciliary visits, care home assessments, and support the wider community services

Requirements- Registered General Nurse with experience in Tissue Viability or equivalent
- Significant postgraduate experience in wound care and management
- Advanced nursing skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients with tissue viability needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
