About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Administrator to join our team at Furniture Village. As a Store Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the store is running efficiently and effectively, including managing stock levels, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
