Senior HR Business Partner, AGS EMEA PXT

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at EngineeringUK. As a key member of our AGS EMEA PXT team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Partner with the business to build and drive the people agenda, creating initiatives to drive performance and accelerate business growth.
  2. Lead the annual HR talent management cycle, including talent and performance management, compensation management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  3. Collaborate with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in operating at a senior HR level, with a track record of success in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  2. University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  3. Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, strategies, and initiatives to drive business objectives.
  4. Strong coaching and mentoring experience, with a passion for learning and development.
  5. Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments.
  6. Ability to use data-driven analysis to identify problems and build solutions.
  7. Strong internal and external customer focus.
  8. Must be able to interface at all levels of the organization and across matrix functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Masters Degree in HR or MBA.
  2. 10-15 years HR experience, ideally working with Cloud/Tech Sales professionals.
  3. Experience in managing and leading organizational change, and strategic HR management.
