About the Role - Business Support Officer
This role involves providing administrative support to the operations manager and centre/home, ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing administrative tasks on behalf of the line manager and other staff, tracking responses, and maintaining accurate records.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the unit, handling complex queries, and referring them to the appropriate person when necessary.
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring office systems, including databases and filing systems, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for the line manager and other staff, as well as arranging appointments for service users, including healthcare appointments and interpreter services.
- Supporting managers and staff with client care issues, including transportation and referral services.
