About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketer to join our team as a Senior CRM Venue Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and executing global venue campaigns across all supported channels, working closely with the commercial venue team and wider consumer marketing function to optimize fan engagement and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute key global campaigns driving both venue and marketing objectives, working closely with the commercial venue team and wider consumer marketing function.
  • Produce all Venue operational campaigns from data selection to launch, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Support the Head of Consumer Lifecycle & MarTech in the development of CRM strategy and implementation, ensuring Manchester United is utilizing the full technology stack to deliver personalized communications to fans across O&O channels.
  • Drive fan acquisition and retention, increasing the known fanbase through data acquisition and logged in users, targeting key cohorts with strict targets relating to LTV.
  • Communicate analysis and actionable insights across the business relating to fan engagement, providing data-driven recommendations to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience building, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns, preferably with Braze.
  • A history of using mobile marketing platforms (such as Airship).
  • A solid understanding of technical CRM platforms and capabilities.
  • Solid data skills and manipulation of data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience of developing campaigns using HTML.
  • Creative copywriting skills.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resilient.
