About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Team Leader to join our team at Willing Care. As a Clinical Nurse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team in providing high-quality care to adults with neurological conditions, including brain injury and Parkinson's disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team in delivering person-centred care, including care planning and patient assessments.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, in line with internal and external policies.
  • Participate in audits and monitoring of quality of care through clinical audit.
  • Ensure all incidents and complaints are reported and recorded accordingly.
  • Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Act as a mentor to junior members of staff.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN) and valid NMC Pin.
  • Clear DBS and good working knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Proven track record of leading a nursing team and delivering person-centred care.
  • Previous experience in a neurological setting.
