Head of Implementation

This is a fantastic career opportunity to embark on a global long-term technology roadmap across all regions, where you will own producing an end-to-end solution design for our client's Dynamics 365 estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain all aspects of solution and data architecture with a focus on business engagement to maximise value of the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Guide and enable partners and technology teams in the Dynamics 365 implementation, providing frameworks, architecture and procedures as required.
  • Develop and promote the solution architecture activity working closely with partners.
  • Define the processes and deliverables of the solution architect and contribute to the definition of the delivery processes for project, core and support related to solution architecture.
  • Ensure compliance between the system architecture, data architecture and solution architecture.
  • Define guidelines, procedures, processes & best practices to coordinate and create a dynamic within the community of D365 functional experts at all levels (global/regions/local).
  • Establish framework for D365 Solution Architecture, to enable the delivery of robust and compliant high-level solution designs covering business, data, application & technology domains.
  • Oversee project architecture & design teams to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Provide strategic consultation and recommendations during the business processes analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support phases.
