Job Title: Internal Audit Manager

Location: Head Office, Leicestershire

Salary: Competitive, plus car, bonus & benefits

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Next PLC. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our Retail, Online, and Global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of 6 auditors to conduct audits across financial, IT, and operational areas.
  • Develop and implement innovative audit methods to improve the internal audit function.
  • Ensure audit tasks are completed to the highest standard, contributing to the company's risk framework and internal controls.
  • Deliver the audit plan and project work, including non-standard audit tasks.

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMIIA) with proven audit management experience.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills, with strong knowledge of audit techniques.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build relationships across all levels of the business.
