About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Next plc. As a key member of our Internal Audit function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our Retail, Online, and Global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee a team of auditors to conduct financial, IT, and operational audits across the UK and internationally.
  • Develop and implement innovative audit strategies to improve the internal audit function and contribute to the company's risk framework.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality audit reports and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
  • Project work and non-standard audit tasks, including whistleblowing investigations.
About You
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMIIA) with proven audit management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with strong knowledge of audit techniques and business processes.
  • Influential and relationship-builder, able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
