Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at L&M Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents with dementia.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and caring attitude, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the resident experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry advancements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and weekends.
