Job Title: Mental Health Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at L&M Healthcare. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents with dementia.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents with dementia, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify residents' needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in dementia care.
