Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Cherry Tree House in Romiley. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents with dementia.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality care to residents with dementia, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead and manage the care functions within the unit, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
