Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced mechanical design engineer to support the design and development of advanced composite mechanical systems. As an Advanced Staff Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design engineering, with a focus on composite materials and mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, materials science, and thermodynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with CAD software, such as NX or SolidWorks.
  • Knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
