Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influence on policy formulation.
  • Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.
  • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience in design engineering, with a focus on composite component design.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and lead programs/projects.
  • Established project management skills, with experience in FMEA, ANSYS solver, Hypermesh software, and CAD Modeling via NX PLM Teamcenter software.
  • Programming skills in C++, Matlab, Python, or other equivalent software.
