About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Manager to join our team at Potensis, a leading developer of high-quality housing in Kent and surrounding counties. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, negotiating, and acquiring new sites to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with land agents, landowners, and housing associations to stay informed about upcoming opportunities.
  • Manage purchased sites through the development process, from acquisition to handover to our technical team for detailed design.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of legal issues related to contracts, joint ventures, and partnerships, ensuring smooth site management through the legal process.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of land acquisition and development processes.
