About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Land Team at Chartway Partnerships Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land opportunities that align with our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Seek out land opportunities through various channels, including market research, industry connections, and direct approaches.
- Oversee negotiations with landowners and other stakeholders to secure land acquisitions.
- Evaluate the feasibility of land development projects and prepare offers for submission to our board for approval.
- Prepare and circulate site briefing notes to colleagues to ensure a smooth transition of land acquisition to development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in land acquisition from a private developer or similar position.
- Excellent IT and organizational skills, with a sound understanding of the planning system and procedures.
- Good knowledge of the regional area and associated markets.
- MRICS status or equivalent is highly desirable.
- A Real Estate Management or other property-related degree is advantageous.
