We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Randstad Delivery. As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team in various administrative tasks, ensuring a high level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in dealing with demands, letters, and reports
  • Ensure data is up-to-date and mail is dealt with efficiently
  • Answer telephones and take clear messages
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Help the management team hit income and performance targets
  • Report on managers' activities and income
  • Support the team with all aspects of the service
  • Control and report all income generation from managers within the team
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual reports of managers' and teams' performance
  • Monitor contractors' performance and follow through on jobs
  • Issue keys to contractors and monitor safe return
  • Ensure key cabinets are secure and closed at the end of each day
  • Arrange meetings and issue draft minutes to directors
  • Update the approved contractors list and ensure necessary contracts and annual inspections are in place
  • Perform general filing and processing of paperwork on OnBase
Requirements
  • Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Good numerical skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Demonstrable administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
