About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Head of Sales to drive our international sales growth and lead our sales teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the International General Manager in driving international sales growth and identifying new business opportunities globally.
  • Manage teams across sales and marketing to deliver and support ongoing growth, including ongoing recruitment and training.
  • Report regularly to the International GM and other internal stakeholders on progress and sales performance.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial finance teams to create streamlined and efficient reporting tools and accurate forecasts.
  • Hold full commercial, P&L and budget responsibility for international sales.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and new markets for growth.
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to drive international sales growth and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience operating as an International Account Manager with demonstrable experience managing distributors, retail, SPA or global travel retail.
  • Extensive experience operating in a senior international role with a background in beauty, fashion or luxury.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience, with the ability to build, lead, motivate and manage teams.
  • Proven experience of creating and delivering international sales strategies and leading marketing teams.
  • Exposure to fast-paced, dynamic businesses with a strong understanding of retail and wholesale channels across international markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and reporting skills with a result-driven, hunter mentality.
  • A strong understanding of international trade regulations and ability to travel internationally 30-40% of the time.
