Job Title: Band 7 Community Midwife

We are seeking an experienced and skilled midwife to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 7 Community Midwife, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based midwifery care to women and their families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement individualized midwifery care that is centered on the needs of women and their families.
  • Ensure all risk assessments and referrals are completed and documented.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of students and other midwives within the team.
