Job Title: Planning & Reporting Data Control & Governance Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning & Reporting Data Control & Governance Co-ordinator to join our team at DDC OS. As a critical part of our Professional Service team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and management of a data governance and management framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of a data governance framework to ensure all Planning, Reporting & BI requirements are tracked, governed and consistent across all business units and reporting outputs.
  • Create and embed a Data & Control framework and methodology, promoting best practice and data compliance across the whole Planning & Performance team.
  • Engage with stakeholders to improve data governance and quality, ensuring data and reporting owners are adequately supported to enable the effective capture of all pertinent information, and data extraction, collation and reporting processes.
  • Maintain the Planning and Reporting Asset Register, ensuring it contains a complete and accurate view of data usage across all Planning, Reporting and BI functions and outputs.
  • Ensure new and existing data and programmes, and tools adhere to the Data Governance Framework and relevant procedures and controls.
  • Support the management of data issues including collaboration with respective Planning, Reporting, Change and CI owners, to ensure effective and successful resolutions.
  • Report on data issues, risks and performance to stakeholders and PPI Director.
  • Ensure processes and practices are developed in a collaborative manner that deliver value through enhanced quality and reduced risk.
  • Ensure control of client confidentiality and data security.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience of working in a reporting and planning and/or operations environment, particularly contact centre and back-office functions.
  • A knowledge and understanding of data governance and data quality concepts and processes.
  • A good understanding of policies pertaining to Data Protection, GDPR, ISO compliance.
  • Ability to travel to clients' offices and attend events to collaborate with teams/colleagues.
