At Dynatrace, we're on a mission to find exceptional talents who share our passion for innovation and excellence. As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll be part of our R&D Talent Team, driving end-to-end sourcing strategies to attract the best talent to our Market-oriented/Leadership Team.
Your Role:
- Market Expert: Develop and drive strategic searches for market-relevant and leadership roles, leveraging your expertise to identify top talent.
- Attract: Push the boundaries of traditional recruitment methods, focusing on innovative ways to attract top candidates.
- Partner: Foster relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address strategic long-term needs.
- Evangelize: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador, working closely with our Employer Branding team to showcase our company culture and values.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in technical positions and teams, preferably in the IT/Software market.
- Experience in sourcing diverse profiles and a good understanding of the SaaS market.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Profound listening skills and the ability to understand business goals.
