CK Group is seeking a Clinical Applications Consultant to join a leading diagnostics organization in a field-based role within the South/South East of England on a contract basis.

Compensation:

Daily PAYE or Umbrella

Role Overview:
  • Provide application, technical, or scientific assistance to both internal and external clients.
  • Address customer inquiries from the initial acceptance of application product issues through to resolution.
  • Deliver sustainable solutions for support cases.
  • Conduct customer training sessions.
  • Engage in on-site support activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a relevant biomedical field.

- Background in Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology.
- Previous experience in a hospital or research laboratory is highly desirable.
- Proven troubleshooting skills are preferred.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of the diagnostics sector and experience working in a multicultural team environment is strongly preferred.
- Must possess a full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.
- Passport required for any necessary training.
