Job Title: Director of Marketing Technology

Synapri is seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing Technology to lead their marketing technology initiatives on a full-time permanent basis. This role is pivotal in optimizing the company's tech stack, enhancing marketing capabilities, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms to drive business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and platforms to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of marketing technologies
  • Manage Technical SEO and Engineering best practices in line with the company vision
  • Oversee and design API Integrations to connect marketing systems and data sources, as well as support CRM Integrations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing technology role with a track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing tech stacks
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and data integration
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience in driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven experience managing MarTech platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics)
  • Good understanding of both frontend and backend development technologies such as React, JavaScript, Node.JS, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Contentful
