Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Stroke Team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in stroke rehabilitation and a proven track record of leading teams and developing services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Stroke Team and develop and implement stroke rehabilitation services
  • Provide expert occupational therapy assessment and treatment to patients with stroke
  • Supervise and develop the skills of occupational therapy staff
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care for patients
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care

Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council
  • Experience of leading teams and developing services
  • Strong background in stroke rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
