About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Makeup Artist to join our team at Trinny London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all customers on the counter, offer personalized consultations, and provide guidance on our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and recommend products to achieve desired looks and address individual concerns.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling makeup and skincare products.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales goals and maintain a well-organized and visually appealing makeup section.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail position, ideally within beauty or cosmetics.
  • Passion: Passionate about makeup and skincare, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and confident in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
