About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Specialist to join our team at La Mer, a prestige skin care brand. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized skincare experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, leveraging your approachable and friendly personality
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized client experiences
  • Confidently communicate with customers, understand their needs, and cater to their requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a unique and inspirational in-store experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and products to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for skincare and customer service
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate level experience in skincare or a related field (preferred)
