Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Skincare Expert to join our team at La Mer. As a Skincare Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized skincare experience for our clients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of La Mer. As a Skincare Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of high-end skincare products and develop your skills and knowledge in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a personalized skincare experience for clients
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of La Mer's products and services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in skincare
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A passion for skincare and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Intermediate level experience in skincare or a related field
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
