The Strategy & Corporate Affairs Team

Our team comprises experts in strategy, consumer insights, social value, public affairs, communications, partnerships, and events. We work collaboratively to shape the future of the National Lottery and ensure its continued success.

Role Purpose

As a Consumer Insights Orchestrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Strategy by planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful consumer insights initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to shaping strategic decisions and driving positive outcomes for Allwyn UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Consumer Insights budget effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to prioritize consumer insight requests from across the organization, maximizing impact and resource allocation.
  • Support the wider Consumer Insights team in coordinating and executing key projects, contributing to successful project delivery.
  • Foster a cohesive team environment by managing schedules, facilitating meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow for optimal performance.
  • Maintain strong alignment with the broader Strategy & Corporate Affairs team, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead or support ad hoc initiatives on behalf of the Head of Strategy, demonstrating adaptability and cross-functional expertise.
